Do you sell gift cards?
No, unfortunately we do not at this time.

What are the payment options?
Paypal. Etsy shop has it's own system. I am working on also getting direct through site payments etc.

How can I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.) – or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net.
What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery times to the US usually take 2-6 business days BUT CAN take up to 3 weeks.

Can I return my product for a refund?
Sure! We have a 2 day return policy(48 hrs), which means you have 2 days (48 hrs) after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at Withit.ww@gmail.com or using our Contact Us page.
Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.

What do I do if my product arrived Damaged?I

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at Withit.ww@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We are a start up so we can go case by case via clear communications from both parties.
We are all human and make mistakes so please use empathy and understanding in all matters.
If in the case we have used a (3rd) Party Vendor then we can discuss what policies they may have.
